Ditec, a renowned high-end brand within Professional Car Care, is seeking a dynamic and visionary Managing Director/CEO to lead our global expansion and drive the company's growth strategy. Based in Norway or Sweden, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business, including sales, operations, marketing, and strategic partnerships. Travel will be necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a global growth strategy to expand market share and establish Ditec as a leader in the Professional Car Care industry.
• Provide strong leadership and guidance to the executive team and employees, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, partners, and customers, to drive business development opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Set and achieve ambitious financial and operational goals, monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective measures when necessary.
• Drive sales and marketing efforts, identify target markets, and implement effective strategies to increase brand awareness and generate revenue.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives, including product development, operations, and customer support.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to guide strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.
• Represent Ditec at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, promoting the brand and establishing strategic partnerships.
• Oversee budgeting and financial planning, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost control measures.
• Provide regular reports and updates to the board of directors, demonstrating progress towards strategic objectives and highlighting potential risks and opportunities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Managing Director, Global Sales/Business Development, senior leadership role experience within the automotive business is a plus.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with a track record of successfully driving growth and profitability.
• Excellent leadership skills, with a proven ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.
• Experience in managing international operations, including distribution networks and partnerships.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to penetrate new markets and expand customer base.
• Strong financial and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and drive operational efficiency.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and driving change.
• Fluency in English both written and oral.
