To support further growth, we are looking for a structured Project Manager to join Vow Green Metal´s strong existing team. The right candidate has an understanding of the importance of good collaborative processes and effective decision-making. 

This position is part of the VGM’s Project department and reports to SVP Projects in VGM.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

• Take ownership of complex projects and implement these according to time, cost and quality, HMS etc. as given by the management
• Take the initiative and follow industry trends
• Evaluate existing and completed projects in collaboration with management
• Participate for internal process improvement, particular within projects
• Coordination of suppliers and subcontractors
• Contributed to improve project templates and procedures int the company
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners
• Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with VGM’s requirements, contracts, government requirements etc.

Qualifications and experience:

• Experience from process industry
• Proven track record on successfully executing large scale projects
• Experience with evaluation of technical solutions and/or solutions for process installation
• Higher relevant education

• Structured and effective when it comes to decision making and sharing of important information
• Excellent communication skills
• Result-oriented, hands-on approach and ability to manage multiple workflows
• Overview and manage, but also work in the details and interact with several different professional areas
