On behalf of Vow Green Metals we are looking for a Product Manager to lead further development and realisation of VGM's products. The right candidate has a good process understanding and it is an advantage to have operational experience from production environments, as well as from research-related environments.

To succeed and thrive in the role as Product Manager you have good professional insight, practical experience, and demonstrated results. You have a great understanding of the industry and can act professionally.

Responsibilities:

• Identify the right channels for product development and follow up this process afterwards
• Responsible for the VGM laboratory and pilot plant for product development
• Professionally responsible in commercial processes
• Survey the customers' needs
• Collecting the necessary process data to realise the products

Desired qualifications and experience: 

• Higher relevant technical education, e.g. engineering - preferably chemistry or metallurgy
• 7 – 10 years of experience from a similar role
• Great execution and good operational skills
• Engaged and has the ability to innovate
• Self-propelled and structured 
• Commercial mindset 
• Ability to stay calm in demanding situations
• A team player with good social skills

The position reports to the CTO and is located at Lysaker.
