Vow ASA is looking for a Business Strategy Manager. You will help make a difference in the sustainable segment and will be able to help contribute to both a technological and infrastructural boost within the industry. Responsibilities

Assist the Commercial and Management team on a daily basis. The Business Strategy Manager will sit close to the whole management and be involved in exciting decisions regarding the way forward for the company.

• Establishment and realization of strategic initiatives
• Follow-up within strategy and operational activities
• Assist with visualization/visualization technique of the business model for the company
• Market Analysis, point out market potentials going forward and communicate the results to the management team and the board

Education

Higher education with a basis in economics, strategy or technical field - engineering

Skills and competence

Minimum 5 years of experience from a similar role. Good professional insight, practical experience and good results from strategy work. Preferably with a background in a consulting environment with expertise in the environment and sustainability.

• Good financial understanding with a business-oriented mindset
• Ability to think long-term
• Experience with market analysis and project management
• Commercial orientation and interest in the industry
• Must be concerned with value creation and innovation
• Demonstrated ability to convey complicated technical concepts in a comprehensible manner and to articulate a compelling vision
• Experience from biogas or sewage sludge is a plus
